Retro Raunch Revisit

This month marks the 45th anniversary of LIALEH (1974) premiering in XXX theaters. With gritty crime/action films, blaxploitation was at its height, and with recent ventures into horror (as well as the 70's ever-growing depiction of sex in cinema), adult erotica would not be an uncrossable boundary and thus LIALEH (aka BLACK LIALEH, and BLACK DEEP THROAT) became the genre's groundbreaking first all-black xxx feature.
