Originally titled 'Under Rule', the noticeable experimentation in sound marked a turning point. While singer Barney's growls & barking are still intact, there is less of the furious blast beats which now saw an incorporation of slower tempo and groove, both elements influenced from alterno & grunge bands. Happy 25th Anniversary.
